General Conditions of Sale for Bed and Breakfast Stays

The client signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances be able to claim any right to remain on the premises.

A reservation becomes effective as soon as the client has sent to the owner a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room retained and a signed copy of the contract before the date indicated.

The second copy of the contract should be kept by the client.

Prices are understood to include all charges according to the descriptive sheet, excluding the tourist tax.

A reservation made online, by phone, and/or by mail is a distance sale. It is a contract concluded at a distance within the meaning of the definition given by the Consumer Code.

We are subject to articles L. 121-17 and following of the consumer code.

We would like to point out that the right of withdrawal does not exist for accommodation service contracts.

Any modification is only possible with the agreement of "Domaine de Pipangaille" and may incur additional costs.

We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, there will be due, as a penalty clause by the client, compensation fixed as follows:

• if the cancellation occurs more than 1 week before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded;
• if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the arrival date, the deposit will remain the property of Domaine de Pipangaille, which is entitled to claim and invoice the balance of the stay price (in accordance with the reservation contract) if the stay remains vacant following the cancellation.

In case of early departure during the stay: full payment of the reserved service is due regardless of the reason.

We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates.

It is therefore highly recommended that you take out such insurance.

If, before the start of the stay, the owner is forced to cancel the reservation, he/she must immediately inform the client by any means.

The client will then be immediately and fully refunded of the amounts already paid.

Arrival is scheduled for the afternoon from 5:00 PM and possible until 10:00 PM.

In case of special or unforeseen request, it will be necessary to contact us by phone at +33 4 75 68 28 24 to inform us of any delay.

The departure time from the rooms is set at 10:30 AM at the latest.

Payment of the balance of the stay will be made one day before your arrival, in accordance with your reservation contract.

Any additional fees, including those related to table service and beverages, will be invoiced on the day of your departure.

Without the client being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the client with a room of the same or larger capacity.

In such case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Pets are not permitted.

To ensure the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of guests at Domaine de Pipangaille, respect for a certain "art of living" is required from all.

In particular, smoking is not permitted indoors.

The client undertakes to respect the etiquette guidelines that will be provided to him/her and the present general conditions of sale.

The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition and free of damage at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and assume financially - any damage for which he/she is responsible.

Repair costs including the time of interventions necessary to restore the premises will be settled according to separate invoicing and on the basis of receipts for expenses incurred.

Guests are reminded that minors present on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.

Your stay at Domaine de Pipangaille and the use of our equipment and facilities such as the swimming pool, shared kitchen and parking area is done voluntarily and at your own risk. Domaine de Pipangaille is not responsible for loss, theft and/or damage or injuries to property and/or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.

These conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without notice.

Acceptance and compliance with these terms of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and correct data concerning you.

We undertake not to transmit the information you have communicated to us to any other companies or organizations.
